Easy Burger is built around one thing: a proper smash burger. Dry-aged beef, smashed hot. Crispy edges, juicy center, bold flavor. Potato buns baked fresh in-house, made to hold everything together. Homemade sauces and dips. House-pickled cucumbers and jalapeños. No random trends. No overbuilt nonsense. Just strong flavors, good ingredients and burgers made the way we believe they should be made. The choice is easy.
How it all started.
Eight years ago, Easy Burger started in a tiny shack at Beacon Place in On Nut, back when smash burgers were still hard to find in Bangkok.
Tom was baking buns, making sauces and pickling cucumbers at night, then smashing burgers during service the next day.
That little shack keeps growing into new spots, but the attitude stays the same: homemade where it matters, bold flavors, and burgers that keep getting better.
